Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Dark Side - Beth Fantaskey The vocabulary was pleasantly much more articulate and varied than I have seen in months from other books in the same genre, and I frankly enjoyed some of Lucius' diatribes and his more "antiquated" manner of speaking. However, that was not enough to make me really enjoy the story.

It has an interesting plot, but I simply did not feel connected enough to either of the main characters so as to be deeply invested in how their lives would turn out.

Amusing at times, with a decent plot, but sadly lackluster characters.
