Pastworld - Ian Beck The concept was interesting, with there being an enormous theme park that basically functioned as a world unto itself, with its allure to a jaded public who wished to escape to a different time, as well as its appeal to sickos which was probably unavoidable given how much the corporation catered to such appetites with their murder tours and insane punishments. Ick.

But the execution of the plot was choppy and I felt like I was being jostled and shoved about between the characters. And the characters were so removed, with precious little characterization, much less development. I felt like I didn't know, did not care to and in the end was just exceedingly uninterested in the story, its outcome. Bland. Not recommended.
