It was an interesting read and some of the scientific aspects of the introvert temperament, brain chemistry and physical characteristics, were very interesting and new to me. But a great deal of the social aspect I was either already more than familiar with or disagreed with some of the conclusions drawn.
I knew a lot about my temperament already, so this retreaded a lot of old ground. Only a very small portion of the book was informative, but for someone who may have no clue about their personality, this is not a bad starting point to learn more. Pretty basic and she tries to keep it pretty simple.
